## Domenic Prinzivalli

I spent more than two decades in operations, including Amazon, where I led teams at hundreds of

facilities. I was gone a lot. Then my ten-year-old son asked me where I lived.

I left corporate and spent a decade leading founder-owned businesses as President or COO. Same

pattern every time: good people, no system to execute together.

I became an EOS Implementer because I know what a business can cost at home.

Using The Entrepreneurial Operating System’s (EOS) proven process that has been implemented in over

thirty thousand companies around the world, I help leadership teams crystallize their vision, gain

traction by instilling discipline and accountability, and function as a more healthy and cohesive team.
