Many businesses use QuickBooks Payments because it’s built in and convenient, but they often pay more than they need to for that convenience. Processing fees are one of the most overlooked expenses on a client’s books, and most business owners never question them.


In this session, Mary Ann Robinson, owner of TransAct, shows how your and/or your clients can keep using QuickBooks Desktop or Online without disrupting their accounting workflow, while significantly lowering what they pay to accept card and ACH payments. You’ll learn how to read a processing statement, recognize the costs savings for ach, and how compliant surcharging and cost-recovery programs work. She’ll also demonstrate the TransAct integration, which converts estimates to invoices and lets clients get paid faster while keeping their books clean. You’ll leave with practical tools to identify clients who are overpaying and a clear way to bring them real savings.
