[VIEW ALL COURSES](https://www.alfi.org/courses/) ## Course Overview Program Field of Study: Taxes/Federal Tax Related Matters Program Level: Basic Credits: 1 CPE | 1 CE Advanced Preparation: None Prerequisite: None This program will examine key residency concepts and audit issues affecting “snowbirds,” remote workers, and individuals moving into or out of the DMV and New York tristate areas. The presentation will cover domicile, statutory residency, day-count rules, source income, telework issues, and practical documentation strategies.
