Most entrepreneurs work hard and still feel like the business is running them. The same issues come back every quarter. The team isn’t clear on where the company is headed. Meetings drag. Good people sit in the wrong seats.

This session is a practical introduction to EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. You’ll learn the six areas every business must get right: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. You’ll also get the simple tools leadership teams use to strengthen each one.

Come ready to work. You’ll write your company’s 10-Year Target, rate your own people against your core values, and leave with a short list of things you can start on Monday.
