Most entrepreneurs work hard and still feel like the business is running them. The same issues come back every quarter. The team isn’t clear on where the company is headed. Meetings drag. And accountability throughout the organization is a day to day struggle.

This session is a review of the basics of EOS, the six components of any strong business. However, we will focus this time on digging further into the Data component and what tools EOS uses to drive accountability in your organization through the review of the EOS scorecard at the leadership and departmental levels(depending on your organization’s size) as well as employee measurables.
